She is very kind, patient and you can tell she love kids. She care for them as they are her own. My son is now 18 months and has been in Ms. Karine care for over 3 months now and I feel at ease to know that he's being taken good care of. He's attached to her and  put out his arm to go to her every morning when I drop him off.  I pick him up fully fed and happy. I'm so happy that we have found this daycare. It's truly a blessing - Lisa

Karine holds a Master's degree in Russian Language and Literature and has taken over 35 units of Child Development coursework. For more than 20 years, she worked in Early Education Centers in the Los Angeles Unified School District where she taught preschool-aged children.

Karine was inspired to start her own program after seeing a need for high-quality child care in her community. She created a program that provides a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore their surroundings. The program is enriched with the formative value of a comprehensive, research-based curriculum designed to help children become creative and critical thinkers.

Karine's two grown children are also experienced in the field of child development and serve as Teacher Assistants at K&E Child Care. As the saying goes, it takes a village to raise a child! The Alebyan Family is up to the task.
